The closing date for registration and payment requiring Malaysia Visa is 22 February 2021, and
The closing date for registration and payment requiring NO Malaysia visa is 15 March 2021.
1.3 Payment and Payment Procedures
Payment can be made directly to our Bank Account for international delegates and participants (see note 1) or directly to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) (see note 2).

Please include in your email:
- The TOTAL registration fees (any bank charges are the responsibility of the registrant). Registrants are required to bear the processing fee charged by their bank and a third party agent (if any).
- Please write down the participant's name, date and time of the transfer, country, and city of origin.
- Please write a remark "REGISTRATION FEE FOR 'IIAC-IMDS 2021.”
- You also need to bring the original payment slip during the registration. You are required to show the proof of payment to the secretariat on the registration day. Failure to do so will result in your name not being listed as presenter/participant.
1.4 Cancellation Policy
For members who desire to withdraw from participation after payment, the following rules shall apply:
a) All cancellation requests must be received in writing. The email should be sent to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
b) Refund of 100% of fees paid will be returned on request if cancellation is thirty days or more before the event.
c) Refund of 50% of fees paid will be returned on request if cancellation is made between fifteen and thirty days before the event.
d) No refund will be made if cancellation is less than fifteen days before the event.
e) Refunds to delegates denied Visa would be made 60 working days after the Conference.
f) No refund will be made once the Visa is issued for the purpose of attending this conference, but the participant subsequently declines attendance.
g) Delegates and participants cancelling their registration on or before 22 February 2020 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee.
Please note: No refunds will be given after 15 March 2021.
The “IIAC-IMDS 2021” conference attracts ICAN MCPE: 16 Hours or CPE: 16 Hours
2.0 Terms and Conditions
By completing and signing the registration form, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of both the registration and participation at the conference and the organizers of the conference are harmless of any liability whatsoever.
