1.1   Fees 

 

For Touring, please refer to the Appendices P1, P2 and P3 in the Registration Form as contained in pages 4 & 5. Download it HERE.

For Hotel accommodation, please refer to the following: Premier Suite; Superior Room (Town View); Deluxe Room (Sea View)

Note:

1.    Delegate: Registration fees include Nametag, Conference accessories and document, Lunch, Tea/Coffee break, Gala Dinner, and Conference Certificate. Attracts MCPE/CPE credit hours.
2.    Participant: Registration fees include conference document, Lunch, Tea/Coffee break, Gala Dinner and Certificate of Attendance.
3.   Accommodation: Charge for accommodation is not included in the Conference and publication fees.
4.   Touring: Interested presenter or participant can join the Touring event upon registration and payment of appropriate package fee.
5.    Accompanying persons: The conference offers a programme for accompanying person at a cost of US$100 (optional). Participant is entitled to breakfast, coffee break and Gala Dinner. Does not attract MCPE/CPE credit hours.  

 

1.2   Payment and Payment Procedures

 Payment can be made directly to our Bank Account for international delegates and participants (see note 1) or directly to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) (see note 2).

Cancellation Policy

Delegates and participants cancelling their registration on or before 15 December 2018 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a USD100 administrative fee. Please note: No refunds will be given after 15 December 2018.

Additional Information

Please include in your email:

  • The TOTAL registration fees (any bank charges are the responsibility of the registrant). Registrants are required to bear the processing fee charged by their bank and a third party agent (if any).
  • Please write down the participant's name, date and time of the transfer, country, and city of origin.
  • Please write a remark "REGISTRATION FEE FOR 'IAAC-IMDS 2019.”
  • You also need to bring the original payment slip during the registration. You are required to show the proof of payment to the secretariat on the registration day. Failure to do so will result in your name not being listed as presenter/participant.

Cancellation Policy

For members who desire to withdraw from participation after payment, the following rules shall apply:

  1. All cancellation requests must be received in writing. Email should be sent to: This email address is being protected from spambots.   2. Refund of 100%of fees paid, less administration charge ($200), will be returned on request if cancellation is thirty days or more prior to the event.
  3. Refund of 50% of fees paid, less administration charge ($200) will be returned on request if cancellation is made between fifteen and thirty days prior to the event.
  4. No refund will be made if cancellation is less than fifteen days prior to the event.
  5. Refunds (less administrative charge of $100) to delegates denied Visa would be made 60 working days after the Conference.
  6. No refund will be made once visa is issued for the purpose of attending this conference, but participant subsequently declines attendance.

The “IAAC-IMDS 2019” conference attracts ICAN MCPE: 16 Hours or CPE: 16 Hours

2.0   Visa Procurement

To ease the Social Visa procurement, a special arrangement has been made with the Malaysian Embassy, Abuja with a Handling Charges of US$100.00 payable with the Conference fee and other optional charges to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

3.0   Terms and Conditions

By signing this form, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of both the registration and participation at the conference and the organizers of the conference are harmless of any liability whatsoever.
